Ghost Walk!

Lake Bluff History Museum’s Ghost Walk is happening beneath an almost full moon on October 18 and 19. This year’s event has a “Classic Hollywood Horror” theme.

Lake Bluff History Museum originated this “spirit-guided” tour in 1997 because, no matter how you look at it, any day above ground is a good one! A popular community event, Ghost Walk resurrects true stories from the darker side of Lake Bluff’s past and retells them with a twist guaranteed to raise both the hair on participants’ necks and their interest in local history. Close to 1,000 brave souls typically venture forth for an evening of fun led by ghoulish guides.

Ghost Walk features a cast of local residents, civic leaders, merchants, and D-65 and Village personnel. It’s one of Lake Bluff History Museum’s signature events and fundraisers.
